"How do I get the free giftcard with my purchase?"

“Do you offer Free Shipping?”
Yes, we offer Free Shipping on thousands of products in our store for the Continental 48 States! Large, bulky items or items that include “dangerous goods” (i.e: Lithium Ion Batteries) do not count for Free Shipping.
 
“Do you offer No Sales Tax?”
We offer No Sales or Local Tax anywhere in the United States!
 
“When will my order ship out?”
The delivery estimate of your order depends on what you’ve purchased. Some products are Made to Order by the manufacturer and have varying lead-times. We usually specify if a product is an MTO in our product descriptions. If you need to know the lead-times of a specific product you’re looking for, please contact us and we will let you know.

“Where are you located?”
We are located in the United States. We have warehouses all over the U.S.
 
“Do you offer in person pick-up?”
Unfortunately we do not offer in person pick-ups at this time.
 
“Why do you sometimes send products in different boxes?”
Many of our shipments from our warehouse come in various boxes. We reduce our footprint by reusing boxes and packing materials. Reduce, Reuse, Recycle!
 
"Do you ship internationally?"
Yes! 98% of our product lines are available for world-wide shipment. The only exceptions are ITAR regulated items that cannot be shipped outside of the US.
 
"Do you offer Net 30 Terms?"
We will be happy to offer NET 30 terms to Municipalities, Government, Police, Fire Departments, Hospitals and to recognized companies upon approval of references and banking information provided. Please contact us directly to apply for a Terms account.
 
"How long does it take to process an order?"
Every order we receive is processed on the same or next business day.

"Can I cancel a Made to Order product?"
Unfortunately, unless you are able to cancel within 24 hours of purchase, we are unable to cancel any Made to Order products. Since Made to Order products are custom just for you, we also cannot refund or accept any returns for MTO items once you receive the product.
 
"Do you offer discounts for large volume orders?"
We are happy to provide discounts for large volume orders depending on the products. Please contact us directly to discuss large order discounts.

"Does Life Protectors LLC sell used or refurbished items?"
All of the products we sell are BRAND NEW, never opened, directly from the manufacturer. We will never sell anything used or refurbished.
 
"Where is my order?"
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Depending on the product and size of the load, we ship by UPS, Fedex, USPS, or truck.
 
"How can I make a return?"
If you’d like to return a purchase you’ve made with us, please contact us for an RMA number. We want our customers to be 100% confident in our customer service and products, so we will be happy to accept your return as long as the product is in re-sellable condition (i.e: Unopened, Unused and not damaged)

"Do you charge restocking fees for returns?"
While most products do not have any restocking fees, restocking fees vary by manufacturer depending on the product and the re-sellability. Products that are less commonly purchased may be charged a restocking fee by the manufacturer themselves. Please contact us if you need to find out before you purchase a product.
